Unmatched sharpness, I’ve been tying almost 20 years and these are easily the best scissors I’ve ever used.
With 30 years of fly tying experience and having used multiple tying scissors, these are easily the best! Ideal tool for tying tiny flies like this #20 midge emerger.
Great scissors, took some getting used to at first, but that quickly subsided with use. The reps at the Denver fly fishing show were very effective 😁
Love these scissors. Cut like butter
I was looking for something that would get in closer for a clean cut of tags, and hackle. I like my Arrow and Razors but they just didn't quite get in there for a flush cut. I purchased these after reading good things about them. Well, these are it, the ones I was looking for. Nice clean, close, and sharp cuts of tags and hackle. This was also my first set of curved scissors. I've been missing out and wished I had a set of these from the get go. Worth every penny.

Fly Tying Scissors - The FlyTier Curved These scissors, of fair weight and extreme comfort, are perfect for curved cuts, such as dry fly wings or for shaping the wing cases of nymphs, as well as for cutting foam to achieve sharp shapes in terrestrial flies. It is also very efficient in achieving rounded shapes in muddler type heads.
I have two sets of curved scissors, the pro member Stinger for my delicate Salmon flies and the fly tier super cut for some final deer hair work. Simply the best! Now I need some for cutting deer hair off the hide

I accidentally ordered the curved, I’m not a fan of curved scissors but the people at Renomed went above and beyond to help me with the return and sending me the straight scissors right away…which might I add are incredibly pleasant scissors to use! So the curves get a 3…because I hate the curve but they are still nice and the straights get a 6…if I can do that!

The best scissors I have ever used. I bought a pair last year from a fly shop and they make tying control way easier...especially 18-24's. So I bought a couple more pair with curved blades.
Renomed scissors are, in my opinion the very best flytying scissors designed to date. These scissors just don't ever dull!!

These are the best scissors I have used. For A minute, I did not know if I would like the open loop design but really like how they feel and operate. My favorite pair is the Fly Tier Curved. They have fundamentally helped me to largely mitigate my tremors so I can still tie and make great looking flies. It worked very well cutting tag ends of the thread putting on rod guides. Curvature is perfect for clean up on aisle 7. There are all wickedly sharp and have used them to cut many of the standard materials used such as bucktail and synthetics that would dull the common cheaper scissors. As with any tool, treat it right and one will have it for years. I really like how the tip work as it grabs small hairs and materials like organza or mink guard hairs and cuts it all very smartly no matter the type curved or straight. Their customer service is superb. If you have any questions. Definitely recommend their product. Hope to soon get more of their tools.

Great scissors. Love the large finger loops. Would love to see a pair of Renomed specifically designed for trimming bugs and Bombers. Larger curved serrated blades than the fly tyer and a shorter handle to support blade control when trimming. 😃.

I have been looking for a fine scissor with curved jaws. These are by far the best. They are very sharp, and make exact cuts. I know quality tools make a difference, but these scissors have elevated my ability.

These scissors specifically designed for fly tiers are perfect! They are very sharp, have thin points and the finger loops are large enough for us tiers with bigger hands. I have used several other brands of scissors, but these are my favorite!
